The Facility consists of 3 buildings. The studio building offers Studio A, a huge 375 square meter recording studio suitable for live orchestral recording, and Studio B, a more intimate recording space for individual artists or bands.
There are smaller isolation studios, meeting rooms, and lounges located in the main building.
In addition to the main studio building, there is an additional office building with living quarters on the second floor.
A third building structure only, currently used as a vinyl production studio is included in the sale.
